Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions to products offered by Comanche Investment LLC, including ChildScribe, are billed, cancelled, and refunded.

Free trial

ChildScribe includes a 30-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed. If you do not cancel, your subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial at the price shown when you signed up.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis — monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at support@comancheinvestmentllc.com. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. You will continue to have access until that date.

Refunds

Because we offer a 30-day free trial that lets you fully evaluate the Service before being charged, we generally do not provide refunds for partial billing periods or for time remaining on a subscription after cancellation. If you believe you were charged in error, or you have a special circumstance, please contact us at support@comancheinvestmentllc.com within 30 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith.
