These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Comanche Investment LLC (“Comanche,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including ChildScribe and other products we may offer. By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and purchase a subscription. By using the Services you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@comancheinvestmentllc.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Certain Services are offered on a paid subscription basis. Pricing and billing intervals are presented at the point of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on cancelling and refunds.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the stories, recordings, and other content you create or upload through the Services (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely as needed to operate and provide the Services to you. We do not sell Your Content.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to access them through unauthorized means, interfering with their operation, or using them to violate any applicable law or the rights of others.

6. Intellectual property

The Services, including all software, text, and design, are owned by Comanche Investment LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Comanche Investment LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Services and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the date above and, where appropriate, through the Services. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
